In the framework of cooperation between 16 Central and Eastern European countries and China (the 16+1 format) the third CEEC-China Health Ministers’ Meeting was held in Budapest on the 19th of June 2017.

At the invitation of the Slovenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Karl Erjavec Péter Szijjártó, Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade paid a visit to Ljubljana on the 6th of April 2017.
Between the 28th and the 29th of March 2017 the teachers and students of the Budapest ELTE Apáczai Gyakorlógimnázium és Kollégium high school paid a visit to the Gimnazija Vič high school.
Between the 14th and the 30th of July 2017 Budapest will host one of the most important sports events of the year – the FINA World Championships.
