On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the Hungarian Revolution of 1956, our Embassy organised a national day reception at the Ljubljana National Gallery.
On 9 October 2021, Gábor Bakos, Second Secretary of the Embassy of Hungary in Ljubljana took part in the Hungarian-Slovenian bilingual Holy Mass and commemoration of the victims of the First World War, organized by the Order of St. George and the Szombathely based GRÁDICS Association at the St. Martin church in Kostanjevica na Krasu.
On 8 October 2021, Ambassador Andor Dávid paid a visit to the members of the Hungarian police contingent taking part in the Slovenian-Croatian (Schengen) border control.
On 7 October 2021, Our Embassy and the József Attila Hungarian Cultural Association organized a commemoration in Ljubljana to mark the 172th anniversary of the execution of the Arad Martyrs.
On September 30th 2021 Ambassador Andor Dávid attended a sacral concert of the Slovenian Philharmonic Choir conducted by Hungarian conductor Béni Cillag at the Lendava Parish Church.
Hungary was the partner country of the 53. International Trade Fair (MOS), which took place between 15 and 19 September 2021 in Celje.
On 31 August 2021 Ambassador Andor Dávid received the students of the Budapest based Andrássy University.

We are happy to inform you that the International Matchmaking Event “Connect2Slovenia” is going to be organized on 16 September 2021, at the MOS International Trade and Business Fair in Celje (Slovenia). This year, the official partner country of the Fair will be Hungary.
