On 7 October 2021, Our Embassy and the József Attila Hungarian Cultural Association organized a commemoration to mark the 172th anniversary of the execution of the Arad Martyrs. The event began with a wreath laying ceremony, held at the Batthyány-memorial plaque at the Ljubljana castle and continued at the Liszt Institute, where Ambassador Andor Dávid’s speech was followed by a performance of the students of the Hungarian Sunday School.
