On October 8 2025, the opening of the photo exhibition titled Naši-Mieink (Ours) by photographer Artúr Ekler was held in the lobby of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana.

The exhibition was opened by the Ambassador of Hungary to Slovenia, Andor Ferenc Dávid, and the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Prof. Dr. Mojca Schlamberger Brezar. The exhibit was set up in cooperation with Andrea Iván, Hungarian Language Guest Lecturer at the Faculty of Arts, within the framework of the Guest Lecturers for Hungarian Culture program and was financially supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary.

The photographs on display show the everyday life of Hungarians living in Prekmurje and Slovenes living in Porabje and reveal their love for and their attachment to their homeland. The photographer uses portraits to draw attention to the parallels between members of both national communities. The photographs highlight their joy of life, their positive outlook on the world, while also presenting their innovative initiatives and civil society activities.

The exhibition is on display in the lobby of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana until the end of October.
