At NEXT-KPI, our Embassy’s two-day professional event, held at the Liszt Institute – Hungarian Cultural Center in Ljubljana, Hungarian space companies successfully presented their activities to Slovenian partners.
At the first Hungarian-Slovenian Space Industry Conference and Business Forum, Szabolcs Szolnoki, Deputy State Secretary at the Ministry of National Economy of Hungary, gave a presentation on Hungary’s space industry strategy and the Hungarian space industry ecosystem, while 9 successful Hungarian space companies introduced themselves to Slovenian companies and institutions interested in bilateral cooperation. On the side-lines of the event, fruitful Hungarian-Slovenian space and defence industry consultations took place between high-ranking representative of the Slovenian Ministry of the Economy, the Slovenian Defence Ministry and the Hungarian Ministry of National Economy. The guest of honour at the dinner, hosted by Ambassador Andor Ferenc Dávid for the event’s high-ranking participants was Dr. Aleksander Jevšek, Minister of Cohesion and Regional Development.
