To mark the anniversary of the 1956 revolution and freedom fight, our Embassy organized a reception at the National Gallery in Ljubljana.
The event featured a concert by soprano Anna Juniki and pianist Benedek Horváth, which was organized by the Liszt Institute and attended by leading representatives of Slovenian politics, economy and culture. After the concert the Ljubljanski Madrigalisti choir performed the Hungarian and Slovenian national anthems, followed by a speech given by the Ambassador of Hungary to Ljubljana Andor Ferenc Dávid.
We would like to thank the companies MOL, OTP Banka, WHC Group and Gedeon Richter for their support in organizing the event, which was attended by more than 200 people.
