On March 15 2022, we commemorated the Hungarian revolution of 1848-49.

The commemoration was held at the Ljubljana Castle at the memorial plaque dedicated to Lajos Batthyány and was attended by representatives of our Embassy, Deputy State Secretary for Cultural Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Márton Schőberl, and members of the Hungarian national community in Slovenia. On the occasion of the Hungarian national holiday pianist Beáta Barcza performed a concert at the Ljubljana City Museum.
