On 20 and 21 November 2017 the Slovenian-Hungarian inter-governmental commission for minorities met for its 17th session in Brdo pri Kranju.
On the second day of the session the commission’s Slovenian and Hungarian co-president Minister for Slovenians Abroad Mr. Gorazd Žmavc and Ministerial Commissioner for Hungary’s Neighborhood Policy Mr. Ferenc Kalmár held a press conference where they presented the work the commission had done so far, the themes of the current session, as well as the progress made in the field of minority protection. The event ended with the ceremonial signing of the minutes of the session.
